Great Location, Clean n Comfy

Design was nice , parking place also good. During my 1year stay i think its should more regular to do the insect spray terminaation .

Location is good, between Graha Raya Bintaro & Alam Sutera and unit price is reasonable with good quality of building and facilities from reputable developer Jaya Group.

The locations is strategic between Graha Raya and Alam Sutera. It's nearest with Living World mall and Transmart in Graha Raya. The disadvantage is the road in front of this tower sometime jammed in the evening or weekend. And no nearest toll gate in this area. I don't know what is the next plan of this area.
