What I love most? The balance. Nothing overpowering, no artificial flavor bombs โ just honest, homemade goodness with every bite.

Been here lately for breakfast. It's one of the branches from West Jakarta and tastes a little different. I think this branch has more flavour rather than the other ones. I ordered the chicken noodles and the little chicken eggs which were just premature (maybe). I like the broth and the smell, also it matches the chilli sauce.
The texture of the noodles is perfect to my liking. the soup is already good no need to add soy sauce โ๏ธ
I ordered the complete version : chicken breast, tight, gizzard, liver, egg, fried pangsit, and bakso goreng. The flavors and textures combination was so good. They even seasoned the noodle, so it was not plain. My only note is that the soup was too salty for me. However, the sour sambals and lettuce have save my day.
This is one of our long time fave noodle! It has been around since 1973. It was first opened by the parents in Grogol, Jakarta. The noodle is still home made and cooked until perfect chewiness. The chicken oil is strong with umami and the soup is well seasoned. We ordered pangsit, suikiaw, and baso super urat. All of it are well prepared and cooked. During busy hours, you might need to wait for the seating. Hope they keep the good quality for generations ๐๐ผ
