Bijin Nabe AEON Mall BSD City

This is definitely the best Bijin Nabe I have ever eaten in. Compared to other branches, the one here has the best place & atmosphere. I don't know how to explain it, but the vibe is different the moment I enter the dining area. I have had an early lunch here, and dinner 3x, and I can say that I have had really good dining experience in all my visit. My husband and I always have the Bijin Nabe, small portion, which is more than enough for 2 pax. We only add shirataki noodle and it's more than enough. The collagen broth is really tasteful and appetizing, which is the best part of the whole thing. The service is also somehow the best out of all the Bijin Nabe I have ever visited. The staff are attentive, quick to respond to calls, and always make sure ocha is refilled. Even when the restaurant is full, we have never had to wait to get a service because they somehow manage to do the service well. It is the simple thing that makes a lot of difference.

The atmosphere looks really exclusive because we can't see the guests at the back table, so a bell is provided Yesterday I took a shabu normal meat - medium package for two. It cost almost 600 thousand, the beef was 280 grams with 6 chicken meatballs and vegetable mushrooms. It's quite filling too The cooker is a bit difficult because it only heats 1/2 part, so it has to be turned to boil together Matcha pudding is really wow.. because it's really matcha

I had high hopes for my first dining experience at Bijin Nabe, especially after seeing the enticing photo on the menu for the Teppan Shabu with Chicken Nanban Set. However, I was genuinely surprised, and disappointed by the stark difference between the menu photo and the actual dish served. The beef slices on the menu appeared thicker, juicy, and well-seared, while the actual dish came with thin, shredded-like slices that looked and felt completely different. The visual and textural mismatch was so striking that I began to wonder whether I had ordered the wrong item, or if the kitchen had made a mistake. This is not acceptable, especially for a Japanese restaurant, where consistency between menu photos and actual presentation is usually held to a high standard. This experience was disappointing, due to the sense of misrepresentation. I sincerely hope the management team will take this feedback constructively. Maintaining visual honesty and food integrity is crucial to building trust. A little more care in aligning menu visuals with what is truly served would go a long way in preserving the reputation and credibility of what could otherwise be a standout establishment.

I had such a great time dining at Bijin Nabe in AEON! The service was excellent—staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. The food was absolutely delicious! The collagen hot pot was rich, flavorful, and perfect for sharing. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy and satisfying meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The service is spotty... the food that is delivered is just left lying around, not to the person who ordered it... so we have to move around. The menu is expensive, the restaurant is good, but the service is like that of street vendors... when the food is passed around... when you have finished eating, you lift the tray and it's not the waiter/waitress who takes the tray but we are the ones who are told to give it to them... I'm just surprised the service is like this.
