CHIKURO ITC BSD

Before going to Chikuro ITC, I saw the ratings were a bit low and the reviews were not so good. I was actually a bit worried about coming here, but because I had a promise with my child, I finally took the courage. When I arrived, it seemed normal and the service was generally not like what people said in the reviews. It's just that one of the guys working was wearing a mask, the other two weren't, and the cashier was wearing a mask. I don't know what the SOP should be, but maybe it's a suggestion to maintain hygiene by wearing a mask. The Chikuro is delicious, regarding the filling, the one I ate yesterday was a bit lacking, but my wife said it was just right, so hopefully it can be consistent again. And regarding the service, maybe the smiles can be improved :). The rest is normal in my opinion.

The service was unique, it felt like I was bothering someone in a bad mood, not buying food. The cashier probably forgot that she was in customer service, not judging customers. Hopefully, they'll be friendlier next time, because attitude is also part of the quality of a place. 😌😌😌

The cashier was really rude, my friend asked her nicely what was on the menu? She answered really rudely while sighing... Don't be a cashier if you can't be patient!!!!!!!!

The taste is the same as the Living World branch, the service is quite good, only if you use cash you have to pay the exact amount, the reason is because it just opened...
