One of my wife favorite clothing store in BSD. Their collections vary from kids to adults, men and women. The quality also good, and colour are our favorite, not so colourful. The models not so boring ones. The prices, well sometimes you can find something affordable and you like it, sometime just skip it hehe...

I always love to buy shirts here. The material of shirt is great. I’d rather choose any hnm brand than others. Some stuff on sale often. During this pandemic time, they do the healthy protocol by checking customer’s body temperature and distinguish the entrance and exit gate. The shopkeeper is quite nice. There are a lot of stuff and they do not use plastic bag which is really good.

Raffi was exceptional and very patient. One of the cleanest H&Ms I’ve been to and staff was amazing. Raffi helped me navigate the entire store understanding that we are foreigners and we have different styles. Still was very patient with us and understanding.

My first time visiting indonesia and the people are very hospitable. Raffi helped us navigate throughout the entire store and was patient the entire time. Raffi helped me around and was efficient along the way.
