Imperial Kitchen & Dimsum - AEON Mall BSD

It’s Labour Day and we opted to treat ourselves with food that we love the most. Since I am craving for fish and veggies while my friend loves bubur at that time, we decided to dine here. We had to wait though as there’s quite a number of people in queue. Ordering is done online which is okay if the connection is stable. The sambal that goes with gurame goreng is really good so I recommend this to fish lovers. Hehehe Overall dining is okay but place is a bit cramped and one can’t talked comfortably as the dining spaces are a bit close.

i like it!! the food was amazing, i ordered nasi goreng and it tasted so good! but, the duration of the food was taking way too long.. it took 15-20 minutes to get my food. but overall the food was good. i took a pic of the chopsticks and they are kinda dirty, there’s dusts on the chopsticks.

Yummy dishes with enough umami.. except the crab soup still has the crabs shell, the waiter responded quickly and gave the better quality.. all food is not expensive.. U can do the self order too.. The restaurant also clean and pristine.. Nice one!

The food here falls short of anything “imperial,” despite the name. When we visited, several dim sum options were **unavailable**, which was disappointing. One of the main dishes we ordered were overly oily, making the meal feel heavy and not particularly enjoyable. Service also left much to be desired—the staff seemed a bit inattentive. For example, they forgot to bring us cutlery, and we had to ask for it, which isn’t something you’d expect at a proper dining establishment. Overall, this place was underwhelming, and I’d suggest not expecting too much if you decide to dine here. Personally, I’ll likely skip this place the next time I’m at Aeon Mall in BSD City.

Although it was nice food, the staff refused to help pack the leftover food just because it was an offer item. I felt it disappointing. Also, it was hot sitting over there.
