I bought two packages of Java Jatinangor, each containing 1 rice, 2 chickens. Only one package arrived, even though I ordered 2 packages. They said they were using GoSend on WhatsApp, but it took a long time for me to respond. I was looking for food nearby so it would arrive quickly because I was hungry, but this drama happened. So I had to wait for the employee to respond, huh? The employee was slow and negligent. I ordered online, and the Gojek driver came to the restaurant. And now, there's no news, even though I've checked 1 on WhatsApp.
