Worth as the price! Not good for cendol.

This is the ONLY places that still accepting order before 9.00 PM as it is supposed to be (The mall closed at 9.00 PM, but all of the restaurant already prepare to close the resto BEFORE 8.30 because they want to go home early, probably go home at 8.30 PM). At that day, it was 8.32 PM, I came from a far place, very tired and hungry. I came to Hoka-Hoka Bento because it's the closest outlet I could think of, but I was totally disappointed. They already didn't have anything to serve customer, because all of the tray ALREADY very CLEAN and the chair also already tidied. That place already very empty. If the mall closed at 9.00 PM, i think it's okay if you JUST START to prepare go home at 8.30 PM. I could understand that.. If you JUST START to cleaning and tidying at 8.30, you could still serve cust until 8.30 PM. But it's just doesn't make sense that most of the restaurant (not only Hokben), didn't have anything to serve AT ALL to customer at 8.32 PM, because they already start to cleaning and tidying BEFORE the 8.30 PM. I really appreciated the KFC SMS that still open at that time, around 8.37 PM and I saw that there are other people who came later than me and still able to order at this place. Thank you very much KFC SMS.

Sometimes the service is quite slow here, especially during weekend or dinner time for weekdays, because they are short of waiters. So the queue might be a little longer than usual. For me, the original fried chicken is still my all-time favorite. To get more discount, we buy vouchers from tokopedia.
