I’d say it’s safe to say this place is great and has really good service, from the pre-consultation all the way to post-consultation. When I was asking about doctor info and schedules, the admin/customer service was super responsive and clear. After I booked my appointment, they even reminded me the day before. The whole registration process at the clinic and getting home was super smooth. Just so you know, all the staff here are psychiatrists, and they’re all experienced in their respective fields. You can check out their profiles on their website, so you can pick someone who fits your needs and concerns. My experience was really good; I had a great chat with the doctor. Oh, and they also offer online consultations if you can’t make it in person. What I really like is that when it comes to medication, the doctor explains everything in detail—like what the meds are, their effects, and even the price. Plus, they really work with you on what you can afford, and the doctor always asks for your okay. I also used their pharmacy delivery service because there was some medication prescribed for me to try at a low dose first, and if all goes well, I can continue with the rest (we talked about this later with the doctor). You can ask for instant delivery or use another courier service. Seriously, it was all hassle-free. Overall, I’m really happy with the service from everyone here, and the place is super comfy and chill. Honestly, from what usually makes me anxious about first visits, this one was sorted out quickly, and I felt right at home.
