Each room is owned by different person, so the fare might be different depends on negotiation to each owner. This place provides gym, swimming pool cleaned every week, pantry and 24hr security. Water are free, but electricity is limited to 100.000/mth only, so you might be extracharged. The security team sometimes not helpful.

Had the pleasure of staying here for a few weeks. And I won't stay here again if I could. The surroundings are nice and the environment is generally pleasant. What I dislike is what happens inside. You can basically say that there's no Wi-Fi here. It disconnects and goes out all the damn time. The lounge is more often than not totally dirty from the college kids who basically owned the whole building. The kitchen inside is absolutely disgusting. I found a molded and disgusting plate of dish which was probably left there by someone weeks before. The utensils are also dirty and the fridge is too small for a whole population of a 7-story apartment building. The rooms inside are of decent size. And the cleaning and laundry service mostly get their job well done. They're probably what holds me from giving a one star rating. Although having to buy credits for electricity is a bit of a pain in the ass. You'll get what you expect from a nice Indonesian apartment. It also has an air-conditioner and running water heater. During the night, you can sometimes hear loud motorcycle noises from behind the building. Which is totally painful when you've just had a rough night and you just want to sleep but the motorcycle noises JUST WON'T FREAKING STOP. I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here unless it is absolutely necessary.
