This is the second time I have used Nasi Bagoes services for office meetings. Because the first time we were satisfied with the quality of the food and service provided, we finally decided to use Nasi Bagoes' services for the second time. It's a shame that the quality of the food (snack boxes) and service provided this time was very disappointing. Premium snack boxes with a price of approximately IDR 65,000 per box only contain 4 types of very ordinary snacks. The taste of the food was very disappointing because it lacked seasoning. It seems that the prices offered are more focused on purchasing packaging without prioritizing the quality of the taste and presentation of the food itself. Apart from that, I was very disappointed with the service provided. Nasi Bagoes always asks for full payment before the event and we always fulfill it. But on the day of the event, it was very difficult to communicate with Nasi Bagoes to get information on delivery status, and when I finally decided to contact via telephone, the Nasi Bagoes staff were unable to maintain professionalism and customer service by only giving the answer "just wait". Overall, I would no longer recommend using Nasi Bagoes services for future office needs.
