Good service with good pizza. This Pizza hut is often never too crowded like the one in the Supermal Karawaci. A better option for you who looking more relaxing atmosphere.

Went here and tried their new menu.The taste turned out to be quite good and the cheese melted well. But, the service from the staffs were terrible. We asked for additional plates and glasses thrice until they gave it to us. Then, we waited for more than an hour for our pizzas to come to us. It was definitely depressing to wait such a long hour here. Please fix the service! Terribly disappointed.

Unfortunately, while we had additional order the waitress lack to input to the system. Makes us wait for so long. Hopefully they can improve about it. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing a pleasant ambiance for customers to enjoy their meals.
