Pranaya Boutique Hotel

Booked this hotel via tiket.com and I chose the available options, namely: late check out until 14.00, connecting rooms and non smoking rooms. When checking in at 15.20 the room was not ready and was informed that my booking was received via booking.com, not from tiket.com (she said because of the B2B booking system), so all the options I chose at tiket.com could not be served by the hotel. The options listed on tiket.com were just a gimmick that brought disappointment. Finally I had to be willing to get a separate room, I had a bed room with very strong smell of cigarettes smokes everywhere (this odor still existed even though the housekeeping already apply 2 times treatment for odor removal). And obviously did not get the late check out option. I originally chose this hotel because it offered a late check out option. Car parking facilities only available in the basement which has very limited capacity. When its time to sleep, I get a "surprising bonus" noises from a karaoke cafe on the 2nd floor. Loud noises can be heard in my room on the 7th floor until past midnight. Very disturbing and uncomfortable for a night stay. The bedroom floor was very sticky. The toilet seat have some spots, not properly sanitized. Can't stop wondering why they call it as a boutique hotel...

We had a lovely stay here for a conference just down the street. While we are a bit out from the high-traffice area, it was still very nice. The rooms were quite large and kept clean. Unfortunately, there is very loud karaoke that kept several of our group awake throughout the night, as it can be heard quite loudly throughout the room. The breakfast was incredible. I loved the expansive choices available. The staff were always friendly and accommodating.

Had difficulty extending checkout time. Otherwise, all other basic services for a hotel is above average. Location is great, walking distance from Teraskota Shopping mall, about 3 min drive from BSD City Shopping Mall, few mins drive from train station. City is clean with fresh air. Within driving distance from the venue to ExpoIndonesia, one of the purposes of my visit to Jakarta. I will definitely stay at Pranaya Boutique Hotel again.

Basic hotel, simple rooms with little charm. Bathroom is ok and nice shower. The room quality should be better for the price.

The service is good, but be aware of loud noises from the building next door — they play live music until midnight. Not highly recommended for business travelers, as you might have trouble sleeping well.
