The Tangerang area sales and finance operations team are terrible. My sales representative, Mr. Yusuf (quite helpful but slow to respond), and Ms. Ria (often not very helpful when there are delivery issues/doesn't care whether we repeat orders with Greenfields or not). Ordering fresh milk for Second Home Coffee in Green Lake City is really difficult. When I compare the outstanding invoice data with the finance department, they give me data from 1-2 years ago, which is considered outstanding. Luckily, I still have the file for reconciliation/matching. Clearing the remaining invoice that doesn't match my purchase has been going on for months without any clarity. I don't really recommend their team's performance. I don't know if management will read this or not, but if they work like this, having a good product is pointless. I see that most of the reviews have similar problems.
