The hospital itself is quite clean and tidy. The staff are helpful and friendly, and I had a pleasant visit overall. However, I believe the registration process could be improved. When I first registered, they asked for my ID and told me to wait, saying I would be called—but they didn’t provide a queue number or ticket. The lobby was quite crowded, and since the staff didn’t use a microphone when calling names, it was difficult to hear. I think it would be helpful if each service point (e.g., registration desk, cashier, or lab) had its own queue number system with tickets.
