Good accommodation for one-night stay, especially for business trip and event attending purposes. Location is excellent within the limit of city center of BSD City, South Tangerang, only walking distance from Foresta Business Lofts, about 5-10 minutes drive from Aeon Mall and ICE BSD, depending on the traffic condition. Receptionist is at the 3rd floor, Alfamart (a minimart) is at the lobby. Pagi Sore Restaurant (Padang cuisine) is right next to the hotel. Suitable for solo traveller, two persons the most. The room sizes for Standard Twin Room and Standard King Room are small, plus private bathroom and toilet (ensuite). Room is clean, bed and pillows are comfy. Amenities like toiletries are minimum; only liquid soap doubles as shampoo in a dispenser at the shower (hot and cold), two bath towels, one bathroom mat, and one roll of tissue. You have to buy additional IDR25,000 for a pack of toothbrush and toothpaste, so better bring your own. There’s a mini safe in the room, two nightstands on both sides of the bed, flat-screen TV, AC, free wifi, no wardrobe and only a couple of hangers for clothes, no mineral water and only a water bottle with two small glasses. The room can be a bit noisy at night because the hotel is located on the side of a main road.

It's a nice go-to place for a short-time trip if you plan to watch concert/events in ICE BSD. The room is quite comfy. There's a convenience store on the first floor. No amenities (sandals, tooth brush) included for the basic service, if needed you can just request it on the receptionist (charged with certain price). The minus side probably at night there are many motorcycle gang that race around the area, it can be very noisy. Overall it's a great hotel for a budget.

It's decent enough for minimum stay-over needs like short transit, etc. Bed sheets might be clean, but were definitely stained. Parking in building is very limited and when it's full, customers will most likely be sent to park street-side 50-100 metres away from the hotel. Avoid rooms facing the main road. Very noisy. Notable highlights: a good cafe and convenient store located on the lower floors. And the hotel canteen has a decent fresh coffee vending machine.

Honestly, this hotel is great for a 1-star hotel, and it has convenience store and a cafe. The room is nice and clean. As you go in the room, you will be greeted with a very huge floor-length mirror. My standard room has 2 bedside table with storage each, and a folding table by the window. The size of the room is pretty decent too, with some empty space to pray (also has qiblat direction). The TV have some good channels 👍 The bed has good bounce, the pillow is comfortable, but a bit too firm for me. AC works really well, and the lights are all working. Hotel provided guests with a glass bottle that you can fill with water at water dispensers outside in the corridor, and 2 glass to drink from. A pretty great and sustainable idea! In the bathroom, you can have hot showers and they provided the soap/shampoo and towels. Bathroom is cool and clean too, with big sink and mirror, and exhausting fan. Hotel's original price doesn't include toothbrush/toothpaste, but you can buy it from the front desk for Rp. 20k, or you can just buy it from the convenience store. You can choose to have breakfast or not, but the breakfast is not buffet. I chose not to, and just buy instant noodle from the convenience store on 1st floor (they close at 11 p.m.). Work station can be found in 3rd floor near the lobby. Doesn't have AC so it's gonna be hot, I suggest you work in your room with the folding table if you're uncomfortable. I book this room with less than Rp. 300k/day. I find it cheaper to book from other booking's websites instead of hotel's own website, but the price may vary during holidays or weekends. Check-in is also a good experience with friendly staffs. I went to Comifuro 16 event. It's a very pleasant stay, although it's kinda far from any restaurant if you want to order online. I used Grab for travel to ICE BSD, the price is about Rp. 16-18k without promo.

I had to call few times before someone picked up the phone. Staff quite nice. However, this hotel consider far from toll entrance/exit. Very minimum amenities, even I must pay for slipper or tooth brush/paste. No breakfast available. You get what you pay, but I personally will find alternative hotels with better location and amenities. Almost forget to mention no working space inside the room. Definitely this hotel is not for professional who rely to laptop or any other gadget to work. My life saved by Alfamart in downstairs and Grab. What an experience.
