Extremely horrible. Please don’t bother coming here. The attitude is beyond rude, and the online system is simply disregarded, despite every other hospital being online and digitalized now. Imagine having to write everything manually by pen and having to buy stamps. They’re still living in the 90s, and you don’t want to trust your life to a hospital that does not grow.
Have a friendly environment for patient and family. Doctors and nurses nice and helpful. Recommend for who living nearly west jakarta.
Precisely a month ago (27 February 2024), I went to UGD in Sumber Waras. They said no bed was available and I had to wait for another 7 patients and seating area were full. So I decided to had appointment with internist. It was 7 pm, lobby was dark except registration seat. Internist said I was fine even though I kept vomiting the whole day. He told me to had blood test in lab on 2nd floor. Lab counter was dark. Staff was waiting inside the lab and when I opened the door, it smells food. You kidding right? Lab should be sterile. I told them to send my lab result by email. Admin had no clue how to spell phonetic alphabet, then I wrote my email by myself. Until today, I had never received the lab results. After the payment, I went home. Condition was getting worse. Then finally I went to ICU in another hospital in South Jakarta and hospitalized. Seriously this hospital needs lot of improvement.
Excellent. clean room, fast service, their medical and non-medical staff are very polite & friendly. and they're very professional as expected. I'll come back if any of my family need health care absolutely.
So many improvement now, the building looks modern, the service improve, and still met my old trusted doctor here.
