the bathroom is below standards, no amenities whatsoever, the soap bar and shampoo is trash, the wifi doesn't work, no soundproof whatsoever, the room is small.

Everything works well in the hotel, unfotunately there are ants in the room, i told this to the man in the lobby but he said maybe because you bring food inside the room. The night before i don't keep any food in my room..the ants is still there. A little bit uncomfortable with that kind of toilet (portable or something and it was slippery) , no tissue in the room (only in toilet), no haidryer nor refridge (maybe because the type of the room). The window using up and down curtain, but it was not working properly. You must pick your breakfast before you dine in and it must be written in the voucher so they can provide you the dish. Quite variative choices, but it was a standard taste (don't choose the fried rice, don't recommend this). The staff is friendly and helpful though. McD is right next to the hotel. The working table style is not suitable for me, so i open my laptop in bed (not ok for business trip).

This is my 1st experience staying at POP Hotel and the room is quite nice. I stayed at twin bed non smoking room and they asked for money deposit 100k idr that will be return when you check out. The amenities that you'll get are tooth brush & paste, with 1 bar soap and 1 liquid soap. They dont provide mineral water bottle inside your room, instead 1 bottle of water that can be refilled in water dispenser that located in every floor (their motto is minimize waste). The bath room is unique, but i found leakage near the bath room door. The breakfast menu just in few option, and by the time i came down for breakfast at 7.15 the menu is almost runs out. Maybe because i stayed during weekdays, so they prepare small portion of breakfast. But overall i have nice experience here.

The strategic location and the room is just fine. If you’re looking for a good night sleep, this may not be the best choice cause the room is not soundproofed.

Room is clean and low price, even though room is not quite large
