ZEN Rooms Anggrek Loka BSD

The place is a bit deep in the housing neighbourhood, during. Night time main access are blocked, need to find alternative way to get to the area. Room quite nice, the staff also quite fast response, inside room a bit humid, aircon is good, bathroom have a bit of sewer smell.

Arrived there in the evening, the person in charge took a while to open the door for us. Clean room, clean bed sheet. No warm water for shower, i dont know if it was because we tried to take a late shower in the evening or its because there really is no warm water.

It has good security system to get into the property, looks like they also renting rooms weekly and monthly, so many of the guests are residents. It has sharing kitchen with all the utensils and refill water station which is very important for sustainable. The room a little bit damp, not much air circulation (specially the bathroom), the bed comfort wasn't the best but it was underneath rolling bed under the main bed. The staff is friendly.

if I could give zero, I will definitively give it. very rude staf and nasty room. the staff after welcoming me with anger, barking at each other. staff come into my room through window. scary, rude and nasty. the worst place I ever stay.

Awesome!! I mean, I really don't regret staying there. It was really cheap,a zen-room standardized room, and really is a comfortable place.
