Asian Tigers arranged our recent move from Jakarta, Indonesia to Houston, TX. From home survey to the quote process and follow up on every step of journey was meticulous. Their crew was efficient, fast, and friendly. The price was reasonable, and there were no surprises. Strongly recommend them for international moving and relocation needs.
Asian Tigers have been extremely professional with our relocation move to overseas in the past 6 months during the pandemic. Putri & Fransisca who were responsible with our documentation process have been so help full with responding to emails and clarity of knowledge and most importantly friendly and super supportive during the entire process. The packers were extremely professional, attention to detail while packing, and truly no time wasting. We recommend Asian Tiger and we continue to use Asian Tiger in the near future !
A quick review for Asian Tigers Jakarta, who recently packed up my 13 box shipment to the UK from Jakarta. The shipment assessment and quoting process were efficiently handled with good communication between ourselves and the Asian Tigers administrators. On the allotted day, the two man moving team arrived punctually with all the necessary tools and materials on hand. They carefully packed all items in a swift, experienced manner and then fully explained the consignment box inventory sheet. Any item which they were unsure of prompted a quick discussion with myself before proceeding. Mid-pack, the Managing Director, Mr Lloyd visited to check on the progress and to answer any questions I may have had. Upon completion, I had a tidy pile of 13 boxes, suitably labelled and inventoried ready to be taken away. The paperwork complete, the guys cleaned up after themselves and the boxes were taken away. All in all a professional process completed in a timely manner by two very professional movers. Kudos to Asian Tigers for a job well done! I used Asian Tigers for the repatriation my entire household from Jakarta, ID to Atlanta, Georgia (USA). While it was a stressful time for me, personally and professionally, Asian Tigers management and staff provided significant relief to me by doing what is often difficult in that market - doing what they promised the first time. I'd amassed a lot of custom, odd-shaped home goods and they LITERALLY built boxes around this items. Additionally, their knowledge of international customs saved me time in the delivery of my cargo - literally on the other side of the globe. They are International move experts! Asian Tigers delivered on every one of their promises managing our relocation from Indonesia back to California. We had some delicate and unique furniture as well, and they took great care of these goods. I highly recommend Asian Tigers and their select partners to manage your next home or office move.
