Kualitas dan rasa makanan saya kasi bintang 5, khususnya ayam filletnya. Tapi untuk pelayanan maaf saya kasi bintang 2. Jelas-jelas saya sudah request waktu order "SAMBAL TOLONG DIPISAH". Pas diantar ke meja sambalnya dicampur, otomatis saya komplain dong karena yang makan anak saya takut kepedesan. Mana udah minta sendok garpu juga ngga dikasi. Dan pas diantar lagi yang baru muka yang nganterin ngga enak banget. Kesalahan dari pihak outlet kok saya yang dijutekin?? Pelayanan tidak ramah, biasa saya beli outlet mna pun gratis nasi klo pesen paket nasi ayam tempe, disini tidak ktanya yg gratis nasi menu tertentu tapi tidak tertera di menu, ayamnya juga kurang matang masih ada merah merah
