The food is delicious, you can choose a package so it's cheaper. The chicken is delicious, unfortunately it doesn't penetrate deeply. The portions are large, the sauce is spicy. The rice doesn't have too strong spices, so it's still acceptable. The place is quite small, you can dine in on the 2nd floor for more space.

Was curious to try this and I'd say it exceed my expectations. Here are a few points:
1. Roasted Chicken was nicely seasoned and very juicy. Initially I thought it is not thoroughly cooked but turns out it is all good, well-cooked inside too. (I ordered a whole Middle Eastern Roasted Chicken).
I find the curry sauce fits perfectly rather than the chili sauce but to each their own.
2. Chai Tea though not so strong in its spices, but it was nice. I will rate it 8/10. Not so thick, not overly sweet and not too cold, just nice.
3. Chips, nice crispy texture just as we expect it to be but it is wayyyyyy too salty!!!
4. Cashier staffs were friendly and accomodative.
Overall it is worth the current price point.

Dear Baharat Chicken BSD Team,
I recently had the opportunity to dine at your establishment and wanted to share some feedback that might help in enhancing the dining experience for future customers.
1. Kitchen Staff Conduct and Hygiene:
It was noticeable that the kitchen staff was frequently present in the ordering area, which unfortunately contributed to an unpleasant odor reminiscent of sweat pervading the space. This initial impression may deter customers' appetites and overall experience. It's crucial for the staff to maintain personal hygiene and minimize their presence in customer areas to ensure a more welcoming environment.
2. Service:
On a positive note, the service at the cashier was commendable. The staff member was kind and consistently smiling, which greatly contributed to a friendly atmosphere. This level of customer service is appreciated and should be a standard across all interaction points within the restaurant.
3. Beverage Presentation and Hygiene:
My beverage experience was less satisfactory. The glass provided for my Sprite seemed to have not been thoroughly cleaned, carrying an unpleasant odor. Ensuring that all glassware is hygienically sanitized and odor-free is essential for customer satisfaction and health standards.
4. Food Quality and Portion Size:
The portion size of the chicken in the Ricebox was disappointing, primarily consisting of bones with minimal meat. Customers expect a fair portion that reflects the value for money. Additionally, the presence of excessive herbs in the rice was distracting and detracted from the enjoyment of the meal. Focusing on quality control and balancing ingredient proportions would greatly improve the dining experience.
5. Highlight - Crackers:
The crackers served were notably enjoyable and met expectations. This element of the meal was a highlight and demonstrates the potential for excellence within your menu offerings.
6. Comparison to Street Food:
While I understand the need for cost management, the current approach to portions and quality gives the impression of cutting corners, which may not favorably compare to even simpler street food options that prioritize generosity and authenticity in their offerings. Emulating the spirit of such establishments could enhance the perceived value and authenticity of your dishes.
In conclusion, while there are areas needing attention, the positive aspects, such as the friendly cashier service and the quality of certain menu items like the crackers, show potential for a truly enjoyable dining experience. Addressing the points of concern regarding hygiene, food quality, and portion size can significantly elevate the overall standard of Baharat Chicken BSD.
Thank you for considering this feedback. I look forward to seeing how Baharat Chicken BSD evolves and improves in the future.
Warm regards,
Matthew Makimian
