It's very popular, but in my opinion other Singkawang noodles are better in the same market. The food is clean but in my opinion it lacks taste and the texture of the noodles is soft

Authentic Bakmi Singkawang, the characteristic is that it is served not in a bowl but on a plate. The taste is delicious & savory, typically dry noodles are a bit oily, so if you want them to be a bit wet, you need to stew them. The meat filling isn't abundant, but it's enough. There aren't too many places to eat, maybe only fit 6-8 people to dine in.

Fairly standard Bakmi with a light taste and portion. It’s cheap and relatively fast serving, appropriate for those who want to have a quick stop to fill the stomach before or after shopping at the modern wet market. You might want to pay extra for some fried pork skin topping that will never go wrong. Condiments are ready on the tables for customers to add for taste.

The noodle is light and small. The chasiu (meat) is normal, they didn't add any other flavor to it. The chicken is good. They add many leek. There also small amount of egg. I choose the normal one. the price is 20.000 rupiah.
