Visited on July 11th for lunch after hearing they had just opened. The place itself is beautiful—elegant interior, stunning chandeliers, clean and luxurious restrooms, plus a rooftop area that looks perfect for sunset and dinner. Unfortunately, the service still needs a lot of improvement. The staff seemed very new and often appeared unsure about menu availability, repeatedly going back and forth to the kitchen. Communication felt stiff, and basic hospitality standards such as taking orders, serving food, and explaining promotions could be improved with more training. During one of her trips back and forth, the waitress informed us about a 70% discount promotion, which encouraged us to order more dishes. However, when we paid, the discount was not applied and we had to clarify the situation. Thankfully, a member of management stepped in, apologized sincerely, and resolved the issue professionally. We waited around 40–45 minutes for all of our food, despite the restaurant not being busy. When asked about our order, the only response we received was “masih proses.” At one point, a waitress also told us, “Maaf ya, Ibu, kami juga sedang ramai,” even though the restaurant was nearly empty. A simple apology would have been more professional. That said, the food was excellent and definitely the highlight of our visit. Our favorites were the Ayam Garang Asem, Sapi Lada Hitam, and Brokoli Cah Bawang Putih. The flavors were outstanding. One small note: the Tenderloin Steak turned out to be meltique beef, which was not clearly communicated. It would be appreciated if this information were stated on the menu or explained by the staff when ordering. Special compliments to the chef—5 stars for the food. Overall, Rina Rini Hall has a lot of potential. The venue is beautiful, the food is delicious, but the service quality and staff training need significant improvement. My family and I would love to come back and hopefully see better service next time.
