The room is spacious and well suited for both work and relaxation. Despite some repairs taking place on the other side of the building, the environment remains quiet, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The restaurant offers a selection of food and snacks, though not extensive, the dishes are tasty and satisfying. The service is excellent, and the property’s location in the heart of BSD City makes it highly convenient 😄❤️

One night staycation in bintaro and meeting with friends to catch up. Very strategic location & cool ambiance. But the mattress was hard and there were noises like loud banging on the wall during the night as well as small bells on the corridor. I hope they can fix that issue soon. But the food was great even though its low in stock

Stayed here recently and overall had a genuinely great experience, the team are absolute gems, from the reception to the restaurant team. Their warmth and professionalism make the stay feel effortlessly smooth. I did have a brief health hiccup (pretty sure from the egg station where I made my own scrambled egg, likely a prep or utensil hygiene miss), but honestly, these things can happen anywhere. I mentioned it to the front desk purely to share, not to complain, and the manager’s quick, thoughtful response was very much appreciated. To me, what defines a great property isn’t the absence of flaws, but how gracefully they handle them. And this team handled it with class. Would still happily return and recommend!

Falling in love with this Hotel. The building itself, the service, the staff all are great! Really satisfied. Meeting room-nya juga spacious, wangi, bersih, makanan juga ok. Keep up the good work!

I had a pleasant stay at Grand Zuri BSD. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was nice, and the cupcake decorations for the event made my children very happy. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience
