Hotel Santika BSD City - Serpong

I stayed for 2 nights and found the hotel quite comfortable. It's very quiet, away from the crowds, yet strategically located. The service is also top-notch, especially at the reception. From my arrival to check-out, everything was smooth. Thank you to Mr. Ansori for his assistance during my stay at Santika BSD.

My own experience was that left a goods that can be handled perfectly by hotel's staff, she that i can be say proudly name was Rini, can bring my goods to the place that i worked now. Its nice experience for me actually

Great stay at Hotel Santika BSD! Clean room, friendly staff, ms. Rini Anggraini & team,..and tasty breakfast. Very convenient location too.

i booked for non smoking room but when i checked in at abt 11 pm, i got a smoking floor. I asked for the other room, surprisingly i offered to stay in an upgraded room - to a suite room. So happy. Thanks. I also asked for extra bed. But there're bugs in it,my kid got bitten. The hotel better check all the bed used for extra. Overall..it was a nice trip. Thanks
