Ordered online and the order was accepted. Got a message from Gojek driver that Soda Asam Java was out of stock. Told driver to ask them to cancel the order. McD did not cancel the irder but got the driver to send it to me. The order arrived cold. Not very edible when cold
The servicemen and women are very polite and smile a lot and thats enough to deserve my 5 stars....
When going to this McDonald's and eating at location not too bad. At least large fries containers are about 80 percent full and items ordered are correct or can be fixed if there in person. If ordering online using gofood or Grab food another story. Large fries container usually 50 percent full so if you pay for 4 large fries you actually only enough fries for 2 containers. If wrong item is shipped regular chicken instead of spicy chicken you cannot return item.
Great place to hangout with your college friends but it’s almost always fully seated in nonsmoking area (air conditioned room) especially in around 1-5 pm. The rest room was also clean.
Serves Great fastfood and Friendly Staff, lot's of promotions and discounts. The cleanliness is Ok, I never had any issues or problems when I ate here. The service is super fast, but sometimes they leave some table hanging with trash and leftovers, which is not satisfying to see obviously. Loving that they provided plug for phone/laptop charging.
