The counter server has not improved after months opening. Always look confused with the SOP, very peculiar is waiting period almost the same as full service resto

Ordered through Gojek, received the package not in the prime condition. They packed the packages which paper-based food along with the cool drink (cola & ice) on the same plastic As the drink was leak I received my food in little damaged / wet condition For sure that I order fried chicken not with extra water soup, isnt it. Moreover, we bought additional package which cost idr 8500. Its not about the price, but do you guys really packed it in proper procedures? Or just ignored our notes on our order?

Went here in sunday morning & its unexpectedly crowded, i got the spot in the balcony area in 2nd floor. Food is good but the waiting time is quite long, its understandable. This place have a kids playground but i swear to god its very chaotic, the kids is very aggresive, they punch and pull each other, and their parents somehow just let that happened? My daughter wants to play but i don't let her. Mcd need to put their staff in the playground, to keep things in order
