I would give 0 star if I could. I ordered ONE soursop juice and it took 30 mins to come lol. And we had to ask them after 20 mins to get it made. Probably would have to wait an hour if we didn’t ask? 😂😂 I could have just gotten back home in 30 mins, such a waste of time.
The Nasi Tim is very salty 🤨... Poor housekeeping, the wash basin soap is empty, the trash over capacity of its bin... however the Soto Betawi is okay... it is 21.30 o'clock.
For food and beverages i think most of you would have agreed with me that most of them are very good. But, in terms of service, two thumbs up for this one at RS Premier Bintaro as they provide room delivery like in a hotel. I really appreciate this as when I was there couple of days ago I just ordered from the room and they delivered it reasonably fast. Great!
The food is ok. Generally the service is fine too. However perhaps more insight to the waiter/waiters regarding how the customers are always right. One time, one food that we order took quite long, and when we asked and told the waitress that if it'd still take longer, we'd like to cancel it. And suddenly the food came out and we specifically complained how the food had taken quite long. But the waitress acted as if nothing happened, completely disregard our complaint, just sweetly served the food on our table and said all orders have been fulfilled. Simple apologies could have mend our disappointment but due to the ignorance, we just lost our appetite. Hope this kind of basic 101 service can be implemented in this place with good reputation.
Got a free bowl of mie ayam upon redeeming a voucher from the med check. It was delicious.
