Bad experience here. I received fatally incorrect information from customer service regarding my order. Furthermore, the back-end department should be more responsive in updating stock on the website. The item in the warehouse is empty, but on the website, it can still be clicked and added to the cart. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Orami, consumers are statistics. Customers are people. Please fix this much better!
