I have been here 2 times to the dental and oral polyclinic, of course always with drg. Bondan Purbowati. The doctor is good, very informative, patient in explaining, it is very obvious that he works with his heart. So, as lay patients, we can understand what is explained. Not in a hurry in action. The workmanship is also smooth. Will come back here to drg. Bondan. Came on Tuesday, the health center was quiet, so the service was fast. The receptionist and security guards were friendly. Cleanliness is very well maintained. The AC on the 1st floor is cold, the AC on the 2nd floor is not turned on, it is a bit hot. However, the waiting area is still very comfortable. Grogol 2 health center is highly recommended

The queue section in the past was less friendly, less smiling and not giving enough/necessary information. There has been no change from last year's service. The security guard is indifferent and busy with himself. You can take the Grogol 1 Health Center as an example for its friendliness, including its security guards. Greeted from the front of the parking gate and informative for those seeking treatment. The rest is good. Treat with Dr. Bondan P, one of the friendliest, most informative and communicative doctors I have ever met at a community health center. Painstaking and very careful in his work. Feels like being served in a large, expensive private hospital. One of the dentists recommended a cheaper payment option because it was based on community health center prices. Especially for my teeth, I always trust him. Cleanliness at the Puskesmas is good, parking is only possible on motorbikes because the road access is small, only for local residents. Good benches, lots of them. The toilet is clean but when it comes in the water doesn't come out.
