Not happy with 2 agents from this agency with initial L and initial E. They are arrogant to the tenant/customer using high tone during discussion. I can say the service was poor.

Update- finally mrs Niar, boss of miss mita intervene this and resolved our case. They paid what i was due and and also showed compassion. I am very grateful to Ms niar. But obvisously ms Mita was of no help. Expats in indonesia, never buy or rent property from Ray white. They will convince you by a contract but later neither ray white agent or owner gives a damn about contract or clause. They know expats can't fight against them. They have given me two months of trauma. We rent a house from Mita Sahara, this lady in picture , owner Gumilang ramadhan who is well known musician in Indo. Later when we vacated the house, owner gave us thousands reasons not to return money. Both of them called us Crazy for asking 50% of the deposit back. Made us bill pay full month electricity bill when we vacated the house 15 days early. Charge us painting cost for roof of house which was damaged by rain and leakage. Beware of this lady and Ray white. And beware taking house from hooligans of indonesia. Better take a house from mixed expat couple.

The start ate unfriendly and lie ...they tell you whatever they want in order to make money for the seller. They don't work in the interest of the buyer at all. Avoid using them
