My child had tonsil surgery at UKRIDA Hospital. We had a pleasant experience while being treated here, all the staff and security at the hospital were very friendly, especially the nurses in the DAFFODIL room, I would like to express my deepest gratitude to the nurses there and Dr. Deviana, Sp.THT -KL who has handled my child very well 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Good general hospital. Not crowded but the service is good. Accept BPJS

always have a pleasant experience at this hospital. I came for outpatient care. From the security staff (Bapak Sulaiman), registration, nurses (esp. ophthalmologist) and inpatient care, I find UKRIDA Hospital to be an extremely friendly and well-maintained BPJS hospital, far better compared to others. Despite the high number of visitors, the hospital's cleanliness is exceptionally maintained. The nurses and doctors (i tried pediatric and opth.) are very professional and kind. There’s absolutely no difference in service quality between paid and BPJS patients. It’s incredibly comfortable… I’m truly impressed. It’s funny though, the only small detail I noticed is that at the BPJS counter, he speaks to most patients as if we are deaf. Kind of weird, hahaha. It’s the one thing that stains the overall perfection! he's nice tho, but compare to other suler kind and smiley nurses, well... gt deh :)

For the first time ever in my life I got admitted to a hospital. Thankfully, this hospital accepts BPJS in-patients, and I spent 0 rupiah for my 3 nights and 4 days here. When I arrived, the emergency installation was almost empty. Only me and two other patients. I had to take the PCR test and got transferred to the transition room while waiting for the results. Once I got the negative result, I got transferred to a Class 3 room, a standard one with 4 triages. For about 6 hours, I had to share the room with an old man. He got transferred in the afternoon, and for the next 2 days, I was alone in that room. The nurses, doctors, nutritionists, and cleaning services are really helpful and professional. The food is pretty good. The facilities are also quite well, just lack of entertainment (no TV).
