The cleanliness of the hotel rooms are well-maintained and all the employees are available to be of service to the guests. The hotel also provides free wifi that allows fast connection. The food served is diverse and alright; some of the main courses are delicious. The only thing I am concerned/unsure about is how hygiene the kitchen and the dining area are.
I had high expectations when I came here with my wife, but it turned out to be far from what I expected. The room wasn't big enough as it should be for a 4-star hotel. I had to add IDR 25,000 per bottle for extra mineral water in the room. Even 5-star hotels like Pullman don't charge anything at all. Also lower-tier hotels have dispensers in the hallways on each floor for guests to refill their mineral water. It's not about the price, but the hotel service. Furthermore, the sound of vehicles outside could still be heard in the room even though our room was at the back of the building. Fortunately, the hotel's location is quite strategic, close to minimarkets, restaurants, ICE BSD, etc.
Had a half-day long business meeting here with lunch provided. Security was friendly and informative, helpful with the parking area. Receptionists were quick to greet and help. Restaurant area had cool vibes. Food was top notch. The meeting room (Adhisa 1) had complete visual and sound equipment. The staff were friendly and quick to help during the meeting. The manager also took us to have a room tour before the meeting. Will definitely recommend anyone planning to have a meeting or staycation here.
The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed dinner. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Make sure to try their desserts; they are to die for
