Visited on weekend night, the place is packed with patrons. I ordered the sate taichan, it was plump, succulent, and juicy with delicious sambal to dip. Definitely a must order in BSD modern market if there's no queue. Simple but perfectly done. But the place is a bit hot and dirty. Parking might be difficult on weekend nights.
I ordered taichan, fried chicken skin, and clam satay. The tastes and textures of three of them were unique. I like it

With ample parking space. the main menu is Thaican chicken satay, angkringan rice, fried satay, fried noodles, lontong satay. tea. has implemented health protocols. reasonable price .may try for those who like thaichan satay.
One of the best taichan sate we tried! The meat is tender, juicy and well seasoned. Try other options: skin and wing, both really good. The sambal is really spicy but taste really good especially if squeez the lime on it. It has been our fave taichan sate. One recommendation: choose to sit on the street side tables. If you sit at those table near the gutter, you might gets the smells and sometime the are cocroaches came out. I would suggest them to clean the gutter to keep it clean.
Sate taichan at pasmod bsd. Came here because i was curious, this taichan was quite spacious, rent 4 spaces. And quite crowded too, compared to its neighbors. The price is quite pricey compared to other taichan. The taichan was juicy and tender. Their sauces was also not too spicy. Which is nice. The nasi kucing was a meh. Ordered a shredded chicken, but got a chunk of squid in it. The chicken skin, blew me away. Perfectly crisp on outside, chewy on the inside. Probably the best chicken skin satay i have eaten so far. I will probably coming back just to eat their chicken skin.
