At the end of 2022, I went on a culinary bike ride with my fellow AKAP friends to the "Azka Putri Lumut" food hut in the Cisauk area. Some huts are situated above fish ponds. Azka is the tiny and lively toddler daughter of the owner of the hut. The moss serves as bait for tilapia fishing. Tilapia pecak (rice cake) is a culinary specialty here, and the grilled gourami is also delicious.
