Feeling really thankful today—it's as if God showed up and helped us through. We got a free check-up at Siloam's ER, and we’re truly grateful. Thank you to the doctors, nurses, and even the security staff who assisted us so kindly. Honestly, there were quite a lot of people sick today, so we had to wait in line for about 30+ minutes just to get our blood pressure checked before we could register. But still, grateful for the help and care we received.
All the staff and doctor was good, but this building is too hot for a lot of people. Need more improvement for maintaining the AC
me and my family has been using this hospital services for very long time, i believe its more than 10 years we trust our health services to this particular hospital, from inpatient outpatient we always come here over and over with no complaints or any matter issue. On 23 april 2025 my mother admitted to this hospital under Dr Ferica valentine, internal medicine. Kind smart and talented doctor. We stay in VIP Delux Room Sinai Wing. Unfortunately the service from the nurse floor is highly disappointed. Unlike our previous experience, the nurse give the service based on what they were told ? there is no kindness and patience especially when dealing with older people, my mother try to explain her situation and yet the nurse just cut of when she still speaks with no respect. Sadly that just one of many behaviors that the nurses address. What makes me even more dissapoint is when they give antibiotics before the time it should be given, and ended up with ekg because she doesn’t feel well after that. Head of the nurse came and we addressed the issue. It was very disappointing experience we had this time and i feel i need to share this experience to the management for better improvement because i can see how much this hospital improved since first we use your services many years ago. I appreciate and understand how important the nurses job because it is directly connected to the patient. I hope my experience didn’t happened again to others. Because we come here for health care, with the price that we pay i believe the service could have done better just like before.
I had the experience of visiting this hospital 2 times in 1 week 1st time was to see a ear nose and throat specialist his name is Dr bernhard BJ Panjaitan and the next time was just for a check up with the same Dr I found his services at the hospital to be very very good the hospital is super clean and the nurses were amazing,and very friendly and helpful because I'm a foreigner they understood and spoke very good English the service was great very fast and efficient and the dr who treated me was very professional and courteous great job siloam hospital kebon jeruk and I would definitely recommend the Dr who I saw if you have any ear nose or throat problems
