Harganya affordable, pelayanan ya best, can use student card for discount

It's a new sushi place inside the mall. When we got in it was kinda quiet but soon crowd starts to fill it up. Upon sitting down, immediately noticed that the sushi in the bar seems just ok, not great or bad.. just decent. We ordered of the menu and got 1 plate of unagi sushi from the conveyor. And then immediately noticed there was a green-bottle fly inside one of the sushi plate on the conveyor🫠 so we immediately informed the waiter and he took it out for it to be thrown away. The food taste so-so, honestly I feel lik they are using a mixture of sticky rice, and white-rice because the rice's texture was a bit sticky. Portion was small with the same price as the "yellow-logo" sushi. I don't think I'll ever come back.. Hopefully they fix the QC soon..

Nice selection of sushi. Portion size is the perfect size to sample and not fill up on one item. Everything seemed fresh and tasted great. The wasabi was also quite good!

Very little variations on the sushi conveyor belt - mostly just Maki, no Nigiri no Sashimi. When asked, the waiter explained: 1. “Sashimi doesn’t go on the belt” (while other sushi restaurants do) 2. “We did have a lot in the morning” (so it was our fault that we came during lunch time? 😂) 3. “We’re out of Tuna” (already? At 2 PM?) Saw a waiter sneezed onto a food tray. Yikes. Probably not gonna eat here again. There are simply many other better options available.

Tokio Sushi is one of my favorite sushi around BSD. The price is good, the taste is great, and I always come again and again, from Qbig branch to this new branch at AEON Mall. But I extremely disappointed when I tried to use the voucher I got from Arka Reward (my first time as well to try this), their way to handle how to redeem from one to another is really different. We almost can’t use the voucher in the end, since there’s misscomunication on their team. And it cause us to wait for more than 30 mins. It such a disappointment since I really enjoy the place and the sushi here, it was all so good, especially our favorite menu of Edamame Garlic (best one for us). But they really should evaluate their way regarding how to use the voucher that they offered themselves via Arka Rewards. So the customer not disappointed and waiting so long just for re-calculating it.
