It’s an open-air place without AC, and people are free to smoke. I wouldn’t recommend bringing children, as there are many smokers around. However, when I ordered, one of the spoons was still dirty with a brown stain. I asked them to replace it, and they changed it right away. There was no explanation or apology, but perhaps it was because the place was quite busy at the time. There are plenty of wooden seats, and the space is clearly designed to accommodate a large number of guests. Parking is good, and there are attendants who help direct vehicles.
